Account Creation and Registration Steps

- Visit the course catalog and locate the course you would like to enroll in.
- Type
Retirement Planning in the search bar to quickly find the course.

Add the Course to Your Cart
- Select
View Offerings for the desired course.
- Click
Add to Cart.
- Select
View Cart.

Create Your Account
- Complete the account creation form by entering:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Personal (non-WVU) email address
- Phone Number
- Click Submit to create your account.

Activate Your Account
- Check the personal email account you used during registration.
- Open the account activation email.
- Follow the instructions provided to log in to your new account and change temporary
password.

Note: you Login/Username is your email address

Complete Your Enrollment
- After logging in, your shopping cart should automatically open.
- If your cart does not appear:
- Select Course Catalog.
- Click the Cart icon in the upper-right corner.
- Follow the payment and checkout instructions to complete your enrollment.
Accessing Your Courses
After enrollment is complete, your course will be available from your Mountaineer
Micro Academy dashboard.
Important: Mountaineer Micro Academy courses do not appear in WVU eCampus
and cannot be accessed through the WVU eCampus login page.
Always access your course through the
Mountaineer Micro Academy Portal (wvu.geniussis.com) using the account
credentials you created during registration.
